*History

The Calloways immigrated to Delbellatio from Unova before Victor was born. Victor grew up along the coastline, near the link between Vienetta and Sutilch, among the relatively low-middle class in Dellabatio- it was as much as his parents could scrape together to move to this utopia.  In school, Victor was quite successful and made it through primary with excellent grades, graduating in the top 15% of his class.  However, after leaving, he found little motivation, and drifted for a few years, having no idea what to do from then on.  Eventually, he came across a military recruiter, and he felt drawn to the air force.  Feeling something instinctual about flying, he signed up with little hesitation.
